I received some of this in an email and immediately it "struck a chord" and I thought, "Hey, if Cinnamon & Honey do any ONE of these things, I am going for it!"  I then did research and found more great benefits - and added local Honey to the regimen.

About six weeks or more later - I love it, I crave it, and it works!  It lowered my cholesterol in a very short time - two months from super high bad cholesterol and super low good cholesterol.  My internist and her physician's assistant could not believe the reading!  But wait - there is MORE!  I lost 7 1/2 pounds, mostly around my waist and abdomen which is the last place I lose any weight.  It increased my energy.  It worked as a major anti-inflammatory (silicone poisoning from breast implants is basically an anti-inflammatory disease), it lifted my emotions while packing and moving.  I need tons of dental work, my teeth are breaking off at the gum line and dental crowns are over 30 years old and no longer fit - the cinnamon & honey stopped the pain.

So here is how I use Cinnamon & Honey!  I slice an English Muffin (usually sourdough) in half.  I toast the English Muffin.  I butter the muffin, then I slather on local Honey and then sprinkle piles of cinnamon powder to cover the entire muffin.  It is delicious.  I eat three English Muffins, one in the morning, one late afternoon and one a couple of hours before bedtime.  It worked for me and I hope it works for you!  Please click on the email link at the bottom of this page to report your own results and state whether I have permission to add it to this web page along with your name (first, or initials, town and state or country).

Here's to natural healing.  I never cease to be amazed at all the pharmaceutical prescription drug ads with the long, long list of what I find as shocking side effects.  To me, the more natural healing, the less side effects to contend with.  Many medical doctors will prescribe additional medication to mask the side effects of other medications.  To me...what a waste, and the prescription medications are so expensive!  I am not advising anyone to stop taking their prescription medications, check with your physician before starting any regimen.  We each need to take responsibility for our own health and well-being.

In a recent research conducted at the Copenhagen University, it was found that when the doctors treated their patients with a mixture of one tablespoon Honey and half teaspoon Cinnamon powder before breakfast, they found that within a week, out of the 200 people so treated, practically 73 patients were totally relieved of pain, and within a month, mostly all the patients who could not walk or move around because of arthritis started walking without pain.


BLADDER INFECTIONS:

Take two tablespoons of cinnamon powder and one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it. It destroys the germs in the bladder.


TOOTHACHE:

Make a paste of one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and five teaspoons of honey and apply on the aching tooth. This may be applied three times a day until the tooth stops aching.
